Pål Haugen has 38 years' experience in the electronics industry within sales and management on a Norwegian and Nordic basis. He and his colleagues helped Grundig remain the top supplier in the industry for many years. In this position he played a key role in the successful introduction of Grundig white goods. Grundig has been a leading supplier of set-top boxes to the Norwegian market for over 5 years and has been the most successful of the three biggest TV manufacturers in the Nordic region. Pål Haugen has also held various key boardroom positions in the electronics industry.
